1. What is required to use Trader’s Hedge?
Trader’s Hedge uses only free tools available for the end user’s download and use. All interaction with the system is through an internet browser and at login your browser is automatically checked for compliance. Please use the browser checker to confirm adherence to system requirements.   
 
2. How do I request a demonstration?
At the bottom of every page is a link to the contact us page. From this page you will find an email address and phone number. Feel free to send an email to the solutions address or call the toll free number to speak with someone at Trader’s Hedge who can setup your demonstration.   
 
3. What URL do I use to access the system?
Each customer has the option to choose their URL during setup. If you don’t desire or have your own domain name it is free of charge to use a URL such as yourname.tradershedge.com. If you do have a URL such as www.yourname.com or decide to register one you can use a variation like th.yourname.com or trading.yourname.com. Regardless of where you host the system your URL can be anything of your choosing.   
 
4. Who will have access to my data?
Regardless of where your data is located it will be handled with the utmost privacy. However, if you prefer to store your data internally an option to locate your Trader’s Hedge server on site is available. New data will be transmitted directly from your FCM when it is available and only your server will contain the full transaction record for your business.   
 
5. What equipment is required to use Trader’s Hedge?
There are a number of options available to new Trader’s Hedge customers. Your Trader’s Hedge system can be located at one of three places, in the Trader’s Hedge data center, in the FCM’s data center, or on site at your location. Options one and two require no equipment to utilize the software. Option three would utilize hardware of your choice be it existing or purchased for use by Trader’s Hedge.   
 
6. How is Trader’s Hedge supported?
Trader’s Hedge believes that support and train is a key to your success with the software. Support can be obtained throughout the normal business hours by email or our toll free telephone number. See the contact us page for all of the ways to contact Trader’s Hedge.   
 
7. Are there any contractual commitments?
We believe that Trader’s Hedge must earn your business everyday by demonstrating value to your operation. There is no contractual commitment or lengthy paperwork to get started.   
 
8. How does Trader’s Hedge work?
Trader’s Hedge is accessed through a web browser. The server automatically collects all of your transactional data from the FCM. Additionally, it uses a delayed quote feed to mark positions to the market.   
 
9. What benefit does Trader’s Hedge Provide?
Trader’s Hedge offers the ability to review positions and profit and loss segregated by or consolidated across accounts, operating divisions, and traders. The position and P&L can also be view graphically with the market though Trader’s Hedge’s advanced charting feature. Additionally, it allows for implementation of a reconciliation process to meet audit requirements.

Trader’s Hedge is a commodity derivatives risk management system designed to help traders make better decisions and simplify compliance with audit requirements.
